      Exchanges, or Store Credits: At Countessa’s Closet® , we understand that sometimes an error can be made in good faith by a customer, or a seller when purchasing on-line. Please read our policy below to ensure that any such issue, should one arise, can be handled quickly, and to your complete satisfaction! If, upon receipt of your purchase, you are not satisfied with the order, contact customerservice@countessascloset.comwithin 24 hours of your receipt of the order for Return Authorization.      All sales are deemed as final at the time of shipping, unless certain specific conditions prevail as described in our Merchandise Return Policy. By purchasing through the Countessa’s Closet™ site, you are agreeing to this policy, as stated herein.

Please send your package, including your return and return invoice form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

      Policy for refused returns:

  1. No item that has been worn, or shows signs of wear will be accepted for return for refund or exchange at any time. Countessa’s Closet™ uses available technology to determine if a returned item has been worn, washed, or altered from it’s original condition in any way, and will not process returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items that are proven to be in any condition other than as originally shipped.
  2. No returns can be accepted, due to health considerations and state laws, on any Lingerie, Sleepwear, and Underwear Cosmetics, Wigs and breast and Thigh Forms . All sales of any Lingerie, Sleepwear, and Underwear Cosmetics, Wigs and breast and Thigh Forms are deemed Finel .
  3. No returns, exchanges, or, acceptance of items for alteration can be accepted without a Return Authorization Invoice. Return Authorization can only be issued through customerservice@countessascloset.com. Return Invoices are placed with Merchadise shipped..  Or call,

  5. Replacement items for goods damaged in shipping and handling: Replacements for damaged goods will be offered - only with proper documentation, a description of the damage, and only when a Return Authorization Identifier has been requested via email, or regual mail or issued within 24 hours of your documented receipt of the merchandise. Replacement items (if in stock at the time of receipt) for goods damaged in shipping and handling will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the items in question when returned to Countessa’s Closet™ with a Return Authorization Invoice issued by customer service. If the damaged item in question is not in stock at the time of receipt, or if the item is a Special Order, then you will receive e-mail informing you of the expected date of delivery, and we will ship your purchase as soon as it becomes available.
  6. Refunds, Store Credits, and Exchanges: A refund or exchange will be promptly processed in the event the items shipped to the customer are not the items purchased, or believed purchased, as shown in the original invoice and receipt at the time of the original order. All refunds and exchanges will be processed only with the correct Return Authorization Invoice issued by customer service. All refunds will be issued within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the items in question, when accompanied by the correct Return Authorization Invoice issued by customer service. All exchanges will be processed within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the items in question, when accompanied by the correct Return Authorization Invoice issued by customer service and the return of merchandise to be replaced.

Any authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Countessa’s Closet®  cannot credit, alternate credit cards, or issue cash, checks or money orders for credit.

Shipping of Shoes: Countessa's Closets Shoes are Custom Made to Order, Though we have many in stock of the more regural sizes, Custom Sizes or order may Take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Shoes Tend to be a lot more heavier for shipping and Extra Cost Maybe applied for shipping due to cost increase. you shall be notified of any shipping increase Via E-mail within 48 hours if any extra shipping cost may accure.

If items are back ordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

All back ordered items ship out via USPS Standard Ground Delivery.

Overseas and International Shipping Policy:

Due to Varied Overseas and International shipping cost, overseas shipping prices may vary. Price cost on oversea's shipping may increase because of the raise of shipping cost beyond our control You Will be sent a e-mail of all inceases of cost due to shipping over sea's if you perffer another methord of shipping  you may call customer service at 818- 763 - 9806 or e-mail us before ordering  at customerservice@countessascloset.com

Over sea's orders usually arrives within 18 business days after the shipping date.

Packages less than 2.2 kilograms will be shipped via International Postal Consultants. Unless other arrangments have been made ahead of time during ordering call for arrangements.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Countessa's Closet does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Due to to over sea's fraud and stolen credit cards. No merchandise will be shipped until PAYMENT has been recieved and cleared. Please use your  three digit identifier on the back of your credit card to speed up this proccess and to assure Authorization. Clearing over seas order may take up to 10 business days.

In the United States.

Sales in Cailifornia 8.75% sales Tax will be applied to the value of the items sold.

There is no sales tax or shipping charge for gift certificates delivered via Standard Ground Delivery.

When other items are ordered along with gift certificates, sales tax and shipping and handling Sales in Cailifornia 8.75% sales Tax will be applied to the value of the items only, (s) - not for the gift certificate.

Restriction of Shipping

Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all countries. The following list outlines those restrictions: to certain products

1)  Fragrance - Alcohol-based product to all countries except U.S. territories and Canada. and some restrictions may apply.

2)  Nail Polish - some restrictions may apply Via air freight with actone products.
