Microsoft Outlook 97 is an integrated desktop information management(DIM) program that helps you organize information on your desktop and share information with others. Microsoft Outlook allows you to manage personal and business information such as e-mail, appointments, contacts, tasks, and documents, and keep a journal of your activities. Outlook organizes and stores the information in folders.
